Dr Tina is the Chief Executive Officer at Client Focused Evaluation Program (CFEP) Surveys and Care Opinion Australia, and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Queensland.

Tina has a diverse background and experience across academia, health care transformation, workforce development and health services research. In the past twenty years, she has led several national primary care innovation programs to improve patient safety and quality in health care services, and delivered largescale educational initiatives for multi-disciplinary care teams.

Tina is a passionate leader driven to support Australia’s primary health care reform. She is committed to improving integrated health care service delivery through continuous quality improvement programs, effective use of patient reported experience and outcome measures, systems redesign and innovative models of person-centred care to achieve the Quadruple Aim.
